Job Description:

• Support policy submissions, renewals, and policy issuance processes.
• Process premiums accurately and maintain policy records.
• Coordinate with underwriters, shared services, and internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration.
• Handle policy endorsements, certificates, and policy-related requests.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational queries.
• Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Support reporting, process improvements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and project initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members when required.
