What You'll Work On

• Own content and audience growth across select client accounts. Plan, write, and publish primarily on LinkedIn and other platforms as required, prioritising what grows reach and engagement over maintaining a fixed posting cadence
• Write copy for posts, captions, and community replies, adjusting tone and register for more formal B2B accounts and more casual consumer accounts
• Build and maintain content calendars tied to growth goals (follower growth, engagement, reach), incorporating input from account and creative teams to keep posting consistent and on brief
• Test content formats, hooks, and distribution tactics to grow reach and engagement, and feed results back into the calendar
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (paid social, boosted posts) against briefs from account leads, managing targeting, budget pacing, and creative testing
• Produce simple visual assets in Figma, including carousels, story frames, and templated posts, within existing brand systems
• Track performance across organic and paid activity and compile monthly reports covering engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion against each account's goal (leads, signups, registrations), including cost per conversion where paid spend is involved, with analysis of what the results indicate and recommended next steps
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across accounts, responding where appropriate and escalating issues as needed
• Track platform changes, trends, and competitor activity, and translate relevant findings into test ideas for the team

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Media or related field
• A minimum of three years' experience in social media or content marketing, with the ability to look beyond vanity metrics to identify what is driving growth
• Hands-on experience running paid social or paid content campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and creative testing
• Strong writing ability, with experience adjusting tone and register across different audiences and platforms
• Working knowledge of Figma or a similar tool for producing basic assets (templated carousels, story frames, and similar); advanced design skills are not required
• Experience building social media reports and interpreting engagement, reach, and growth data for an account
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and accounts concurrently
