Permanent Position

Lead the programme coordination and controls behind Top Level Assembly (TLA) product development for a complex data centre engineering environment.

You will connect engineering teams, vendors, contracts, documentation, risks and delivery milestones — bringing structure, pace and accurate reporting to a high-profile technical programme.

This is a programme and project-management role within an engineering organisation, not a hands-on design-engineering position.

About the role

You will support the Lead Technical Programme Manager across TLA product development, engineering support and contract delivery.

The role combines programme governance, project coordination, change control, risk management, commercial tracking and stakeholder communication.

You will keep actions moving, documentation accurate and senior stakeholders properly informed.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate TLA product-development meetings, including structured notes, actions, risks, issues and RFIs
  • Produce presentations, reports, spreadsheets and programme documentation
  • Maintain product documentation and issue tracking across AODocs, Buganizer and related platforms
  • Coordinate the product change-control process, including issue or bug management and content packaging
  • Compile accurate product status updates and escalate portfolio risks
  • Review funding requests and track contracts through approval, execution and invoicing
  • Quality-check draft contracts and validate vendor invoices against agreed rates
  • Maintain purchase-order, milestone, workplan and delivery trackers
  • Monitor contract progress across eBuilder, Buganizer, email and associated systems
  • Support the onboarding and mobilisation of engineering-support resources
  • Manage assigned milestones, workstreams and delivery commitments
  • Coordinate across engineering teams, client vendors and programme stakeholders
  • Support programme governance, reporting and escalation routes
  • Maintain alignment with the project charter and programme priorities
  • Produce weekly flash reports, quarterly updates and progress reporting
  • Support cash-flow updates, cost reporting and wider commercial controls
  • Run weekly client and internal delivery meetings, driving actions through to completion

Requirements

  • Strong programme or project-management experience within a technical, engineering or infrastructure environment
  • Proven experience managing risks, actions, milestones, reporting and cross-functional delivery
  • Strong written communication and confidence producing accurate senior-level updates
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, purchase orders or commercial processes
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and competing deadlines
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working fully on-site in Singapore

Desirable background

  • Top Level Assembly, product integration, product insertion or engineering-standardisation programmes
  • Data centres, hyperscale infrastructure, mission-critical engineering or complex capital projects
  • Product development or product introduction environments
  • Experience with Buganizer, AODocs, eBuilder or comparable workflow platforms
  • Exposure to procurement, cost management, vendor onboarding or contract administration
  • Experience supporting engineering teams within a structured PMO or programme-governance environment

About the environment

You will join a fast-moving data centre product-development organisation where engineering delivery, programme governance and commercial control must remain tightly aligned.

The position offers broad visibility across technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders, with meaningful responsibility for delivery discipline, governance and reporting.
