What The Role Is

You are responsible for leading a team of four to develop and drive continuous learning outside the traditional schoolhouse framework, engineering a Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS)-wide continuous learning culture through shaping and implementing policies.

What You Will Be Working On

• Conceptualise and develop continuous training in the DIS, and champion the DIS culture for continuous learning
• Operationalise out-of-schoolhouse training and accreditation pathways to equip technical tradecraft for personnel to up-skill and up-profile beyond core and domain competencies
• Translate organisational capability requirements for multi-domain competency development into learning strategies and development pathways for the Service
• Develop the external learning ecosystem through partnerships, programmes and learning investments
• Architect, design and solution an enterprise-wide, highly scaled digital education ecosystem
• Support organisational digital literacy education in joint partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  
  Challenge(s)
• Being familiar with both DIS vocations and mission, as well as the functional and personal developmental needs of the various job families and vocations
• Architecting the overall development needs of the DIS, translating environmental insights and shifts into scalable, accredited learning frameworks and pathways for personnel
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in any discipline
• At least 13 years of relevant experience in training and development, or a related field is preferred
• Good proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, planning and organisational skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyse organisational needs and develop effective solutions
