We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll operations, and HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer processes
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation
• Monitor probation reviews and employee confirmation processes

Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Partner with department heads to support HR and business needs
• Conduct employee engagement check-ins and exit interviews
• Support performance management and retention initiatives
• Organize employee engagement and team-building activities

Payroll & Compliance

• Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
• Liaise with government agencies and resolve payroll-related matters
• Maintain compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR policies

Learning, Culture & HR Projects

• Support corporate culture and employee development initiatives
• Coordinate training and learning programs
• Participate in talent reviews, workforce planning, and HR projects
• Maintain and update job descriptions and HR documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR working experience
• Preferably candidates with HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
• Experience in payroll and statutory compliance
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
