TDCX Hiring! Full Time Environmental Control Officer in - Ricebowl

Our client, a premier facilities management service provider and leading managing agent, is seeking an experienced Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to direct environmental health compliance, vector management, and public health standards across major facility portfolios in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous, site-wide environmental health inspections to identify potential hazards, maintain strict sanitation standards, and ensure site cleanliness.
• Formulate, execute, and monitor robust pest control and vector management initiatives to eliminate potential breeding grounds and prevent infestations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the National Environment Agency (NEA), ensuring continuous, full compliance with all local environmental regulations and statutory standards.
• Perform thorough environmental audits, evaluate waste management and noise control measures, and prepare detailed compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead environmental investigations when issues arise, determining root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
• Oversee site drainage, canteen hygiene, and sanitation facilities while conducting regular environmental health awareness briefings for site personnel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be a currently Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment Agency (NEA), Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience as an ECO on active worksites, commercial facilities, or industrial developments.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s Environmental Public Health Act, NEA guidelines, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent verbal/written communication skills to liaise effectively with authorities and project leaders.
