Responsibilities

• To assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS and IFRS standards including the preparation of the relevant month-end closing journal entries, asset and liabilities schedules, reconciliations (Bank, AP, AR etc.) and general ledgers to support the financial statements.
• To assist in the coordination of annual audits of financial statements with the external auditors and with tax agents for the timely submission of final and projected tax computations, as well as monthly tax instalments, to the relevant tax authorities.
• To assist in the preparation of IPO documentation for the submission to reporting accountants, regulators, and Bursa Malaysia including assisting in liaising with reporting accountants, investment banks and other regulatory consultants in the course of the financial due diligence process.
• To assist in carrying out any other duties, functions, and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Management or the immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in Setia Alam.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, corporate finance.
