Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice processing, payments, collections, and reconciliations
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial statements, general ledger entries, and supporting schedules
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Maintain proper accounting documentation for audits, statutory reporting, and internal reviews
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professional service providers to ensure compliance
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control procedures
• Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certifications in Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• 1 - 2 years experience in Accounting.
• Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply
• Familiar with Accounting software such as AutoCount / SQL
• Able to write and read in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
