Company Background

Our client operates a specialized automotive facility engaged in international supply chain trade, information technology services, and the manufacture of precision motor vehicle components.

Job Descriptions

• Handle full-set accounting, including AR, AP, reconciliations, journals, fixed assets, bank reconciliation and petty cash.
• Manage billing and compliance, including invoices, receipts, CN/DN, e-Invoice, SST and audit schedules.
• Monitor supplier/subcontractor invoices, claims and payments, including rental and utilities.
• Follow up on customer collections, debtor balances and salesman commission reconciliation.
• Prepare sales, cash flow, budgeting and project profitability reports for management.
• Maintain proper finance documentation and filing.
• Support payroll checking, tenancy agreements and ad-hoc finance tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/LCCI in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with proven full-set accounting experience.
• Experience with QNE or ERP accounting systems.
• Familiar with Malaysia SST, e-Invoice and month-end closing.
• Able to prepare financial analysis, budgets, cash flow and management reports.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, speaking and writing.

Location: Kulai, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)

Salary Range: RM4,000 - 6,000
