Job Summary

We are looking for a IT Developer / Support to manage and enhance our ERP systems, with primary focus on Odoo. This role also supports AutoCount and SQL Accounting Software to ensure smooth daily operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo ERP modules based on business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for Odoo, AutoCount, and SQL Accounting Software
• Support accounting, payroll, and e-invoicing functions
• Install, configure, and maintain system modules and updates
• Provide user support, training, and system guidance
• Assist in report generation and data management
• Work closely with internal teams to improve system workflows
• Coordinate with vendors when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in ERP systems implementation, customization, or support
• Hands-on experience with Odoo is highly preferred
• Experience with AutoCount and SQL Accounting Software
• Knowledge of e-invoicing processes and accounting workflows is an added advantage
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python programming and web application development is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and user issues effectively
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
