We are looking for an E-Commerce Admin to join our team remotely. This position is open specifically for candidates who are currently based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain products on e-commerce platforms.

- Upload and update product listings, including product descriptions, images, prices, and stock.

- Monitor orders and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide good customer service.

- Monitor product availability, promotions, and basic store performance.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, products, and customer issues.

- Prepare simple reports related to sales, orders, and store activities.

- Perform other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Requirements

- Based in Malaysia and available to work remotely.

- Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, online store administration, or customer service is preferred.

- Familiar with e-commerce/marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.

- Good attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

- Able to communicate effectively in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

- Comfortable using Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.

- Able to work independently and manage tasks remotely.

- Responsible, organized, proactive, and responsive.
