You'll work across the stack — from React front ends to Spring Boot services — building reliable, well-tested applications in an environment where accuracy, accountability, and compliance matter.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using ReactJS (Vite) on the front end and Spring Boot on the back end
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, using JPA and SQL for data persistence
• Containerise applications for consistent deployment across environments
• Contribute to the development of AI agent capabilities within the product
• Set up and use local API mocking to support independent front-end/back-end development
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Use Gradle, Git, and Docker as part of the standard development workflow
• Apply microservices patterns to design scalable, maintainable services
• Work with AWS fundamentals for cloud-hosted components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing your own workstream and deliverables
• Participate in iterative, agile delivery cycles (sprints, reviews, retrospectives)

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on skills in React (Vite) and Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of JPA, SQL, and REST API design/integration
• Practical experience with containerisation (Docker) and version control (Git)
• Familiarity with Gradle build tooling
• Working knowledge of microservices architecture
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS
• Experience writing unit tests and using local mocking for independent development
• Exposure to or interest in AI agent development is a plus
• Prior experience in government or regulated-sector projects is highly desirable
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your own work
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A mindset geared toward iterative, incremental delivery
