Responsibilities
Manage stock replenishment and stock counts
Process sales transactions and online orders
Coordinate deliveries and stock transfers
Maintain product listings and pricing
Handle customer enquiries and feedback
Requirements
Higher NITEC, NITEC, or GCE N/O/A Levels
At least 2 years of retail or relevant experience
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in a second language is an added advantage for liaising with customers and stakeholders who communicate in that language
Able to lift stocks of at least 5kg
