Responsibilities
Working location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760
Working hours: 12 hours permanent shift (either 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am)
The Warehouse Leader is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading warehouse staff and ensuring that inventory, safety, and productivity targets are achieved efficiently and accurately.
Key Area Responsibilities
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in leading a team of Warehouse Assistants and Warehouse Administrators to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations and maintain discipline on the warehouse floor.
Support manpower planning and deployment to achieve operational targets and productivity goals.
Ensure all warehouse personnel comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely updates of warehouse transactions and records in SAP.
Uphold warehouse safety standards, housekeeping requirements, and a safe working environment.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide operational and warehouse support as required.
Requirements
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a small team.
• Compliance with RBA standards.
