任职资格

  • Experience in renovation / interior fit-out / construction is preferred.
  • Able to read basic drawings and understand site work.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Responsible, proactive and willing to solve site problems.
  • Able to manage workers and subcontractors.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.

岗位职责

 

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
  • Coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, requirements and schedule.
  • Monitor site progress and workmanship quality.
  • Check materials and site conditions before work proceeds.
  • Coordinate different trades to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager.
  • Follow up on outstanding works and defects.
  • Maintain proper site cleanliness and basic safety.
  • Provide regular site progress updates and photos.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with the project team when required.
  • Assist in final inspection and project handover.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standard.
