• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across phone, email, social media, and in-person channels in a polite and professional manner

• Resolve ticketing, booking, refund, and general service issues promptly and accurately

• Maintain a strong understanding of FST's promotions, ticketing policies, and cinema operations to give customers accurate information

• Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the relevant department or manager where needed

• Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues to help improve service

• Be available during weekends and peak periods to handle higher inquiry volumes, especially around new releases and events

• Manage multiple inquiries at once while maintaining quality and accuracy under pressure

• Support the wider marketing/operations team during on-ground events as needed

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
