About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is data-driven, creative, and performance-focused to join our team. You will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing campaign performance, generating quality leads, and supporting the overall growth of our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Shopee, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure advertising KPIs are achieved.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copywriting, audiences, offers, and landing pages.

2. Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
• Monitor competitor advertising strategies, market trends, and platform updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

3. Funnel & Lead Generation

• Build and manage customer funnels, sales funnels, and lead generation funnels.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Monitor the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion.

4. Tracking & Marketing Systems

• Manage marketing tracking systems, including pixels, tracking, Conversion API, GTM, GA4, and event tracking.
• Ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting systems are functioning accurately.
• Manage CRM integrations, automation workflows, chatbot flows, and lead distribution systems.

5. Creative & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Content Team to plan and develop creatives that improve campaign performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations on creative angles, copywriting, offers, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to gather customer and lead feedback for campaign optimization.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper documentation of campaign structures, SOPs, audiences, testing results, and campaign learnings.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key findings to Management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns is an advantage.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with campaign data, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Good understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, pixels, Conversion API, CRM, or marketing automation is an added advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to test and learn new strategies.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Content and Sales teams.
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
