Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Position: Customer Service Representative

Language: Mandarin + English

Project: Gaming

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Sunday (Rotational)

Education: Minimum SPM

Salary: Up to RM 4,000

Joining Date: 14 September 2026

Gaming Knowledge Preferred

Experience or familiarity with at least one of the following games:

* Genshin Impact

* Honkai: Star Rail

* Zenless Zone Zero

What You’ll Do

* Handle customer enquiries and gaming-related concerns

* Provide support through email and assigned channels

* Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
