Job Scope

• Receive, verify, and register customer requests in the ticketing system.
• Allocate tickets to the appropriate engineers and monitor them through to completion.
• Assess and categorise requests, set priorities, and escalate cases in line with SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely issue resolution and keep customers informed of progress.
• Monitor pending tickets, follow up with relevant parties, and escalate issues to principals or customers when necessary.
• Provide 24/7 standby support on a weekly rotational basis to attend to incoming tickets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
