Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Administer monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Maintain accurate employee records and attendance data.
• Handle employee relations and ensure labor law compliance.
• Handle Office Administration and housekeeping
• Assist in organizing company events and training.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of working experience in HR.
• Good knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
