Job Responsibilities

1) Drive sales and marketing initiatives to promote the company’s products and enhance brand presence within the assigned territory.

2) Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, managing communications professionally while negotiating and closing deals.

3) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.

4) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets.

5) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing reliable after-sales support, including product quality, delivery, and overall service follow-up.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field, with or without experience in customer service.
• At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience and fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & email)
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English and Mandarin , additional languages are an advantage.
• Own vehicle required; able to travel as needed.
