Qualifications and Experience

• Holds a Degree in Accounting or a recognized professional accounting qualification with at least 5 years of experience in accounts methods

Job Summary

Managing and coordinating full sets of the accounts function of the company including reports and analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling monthly report and analysis
• Liaison with auditors, bankers and other finance and regulatory authorities
• Identify stock take discrepancies and prepare stock movement control sheet
• Review on actual BOM cost on a quarterly basis
• Ensure timely closing of the monthly accounts
• Compute sales analysis, sales chart, gross profit chart, cash flow etc
• Identify project costing for quarterly review
• To ensure integrity and security of confidential data
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts in accordance to International Financial Reporting Standard which include general ledger and trial balance
• Provide up-to-date and accurate financial information as and when required by the Management
