Job Description:

- Provide day-to-day support for ERP system users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner;

- Work closely with business users and IT team members to configure, customize enhance the ERP system according to specific departmental requirements;

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support management and operational decision-making;

- Test new features, enhancements, and system upgrades to ensure they meet business needs and free from errors;

- Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation to help employees use the ERP system efficiently;

- Assist with the migration of data into the ERP system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with business rules;

- Explore the extensive features of Microsoft 365 products such as Power BI, Teams and Power Automate, collaborating with internal users to optimize daily tasks and automate workflows.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent;

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;

- Familiar with ERP System, M/S. SQL, Crystal report/ Jet Report/ Power BI;

- Strong problem-solving skills;

- Team Player and able to work independently;

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
