Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding - Source, screen, interview for E-commerce, Live Host, Marketing & Sales roles
• Full HR Operations - Attendance, payroll support, leave, claims, EA forms
• Maintain employee files, offer letters, confirmation, HRIS
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act 1955
• Employee engagement, training coordination, company culture building
• Assist founder & management in admin & SOP creation
• Handle livestreamer / host shift & deal day rosters

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in HR Management / Business Admin
• 1-3 years HR Generalist experience (E-commerce / Beauty industry is a plus)
• Familiar with Employment Act & HR best practices
• Fluent in English, BM, Mandarin (to liaise with streamers)
• Independent, detail-oriented, can work fast in E-commerce environment
• Based in Johor / able to work in Southkey JB
