Job Responsibilities

• Handling of vendor and purchases
• New vendor sourcing and negotiable
• Daily follow up on delivery after order
• To compile the vendor invoice, delivery order and purchased order
• Maintain Approved Vendor List (AVL)
• To prepare monthly report
• Other task assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Mathematics, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, ERP.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh Graduated are encourage to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in schedule planning , Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
