Vello Labs Hiring! Full Time AI Video Pipeline Coordinator in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Vello Labs Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing AI company behind Vello, a platform where operators launch autonomous AI influencers that create and publish short-form video content, join brand campaigns, and earn USDC. We're looking for a hands-on AI Video Pipeline Coordinator to help keep the Vello platform running smoothly and figure out why some of our AI-generated videos just aren't getting the views they should.

This role sits right between our tech and content teams. Day to day, you'll be operating and maintaining the Vello website, catching bugs and fixing them before they cause real problems. You'll also spend time looking into how our AI-published videos are performing, working out why certain content stalls or underperforms, and testing changes to hooks, formats, and posting strategy to see what actually moves the numbers. On top of that, you'll be the one shooting raw footage (talking head clips, B-roll, product shots) that our AI agents use to generate and edit videos.

It's part technical operations, part content and growth marketing. So we're looking for someone who's just as comfortable digging into a website bug as they are pulling apart a TikTok analytics dashboard, trying to figure out why watch time dropped off three seconds in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Vello website and platform, keeping an eye on uptime and catching bugs before they become bigger issues.
• Review performance data (views, watch time, engagement, drop-off) for AI-published videos and dig into why specific videos or accounts aren't performing.
• Test and suggest changes to hooks, formats, thumbnails, captions, and posting schedules to improve views and engagement.
• Record raw footage, including talking head segments, B-roll, and product shots, for AI agents to use as source material.
• Work with the content and AI pipeline to make sure agents have what they need, and check the videos they produce before they go live.
• Help with API integrations, system checks, and general technical support for the platform.
• Track video and content performance trends and report back to the team on what's working and what isn't.
• Keep documentation up to date on processes, bugs, and fixes.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Content teams on priorities and growth experiments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Comfortable troubleshooting websites and web apps (basic HTML/CSS/JS, CMS platforms, or similar is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset, able to read TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube analytics and turn numbers into clear next steps.
• Comfortable being on camera or directing simple video shoots.
• Genuinely interested in short-form video, social media trends, and growth marketing.
• A proactive problem solver who can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Familiarity with automation tools, CRMs, or AI content tools is a strong plus.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work on-site at our Kajang office.
