Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the Outside Processing Vendor.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the raw materials suppliers.
• Ensure the outsourced parts are assigned to the vendor who are approved under the correct scope of work.
• Assessed the Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Responsible to source and select suppliers based on their demonstrated capability to furnish supplies which can meet all the requirements of the specifications, drawings and purchase orders.
• Ensure that all goods and materials procured meet the specified requirements, and where necessary satisfies the requirements of airworthiness authorities.
• Responsible for maintaining all registers on material purchases, requisitions, purchases orders and batching to ensure traceability to approved sources.
• Liaise with all departments within the organisation to ensure that raw materials, AGS and consumables are procured and delivered in a timely manner.
• Managing logistics function to ensure proper handling of materials from receiving to shipping of finished product to customers.
• Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers using the most effective shipment mode.
• Coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
• To provide necessary coaching to department members.

Requirement

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in supply chain, procurement, or production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, demand planning, warehousing, and logistics.
• Familiarity with SQL-based systems.
• Leadership skills with ability to lead and coordinate a cross-functional supply chain team.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as being a team player with strong commitment to department harmony.
