Job Description:

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including AP and AR.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and claims.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accounting records.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/suppliers.
• Prepare documents for audit and tax purposes.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
