Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Develop and prepare mechanical designs and drawings based on preliminary concepts, sketches, and specifications.
• Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on current project and team needs
• Review and verify design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and design standards.
• To conduct site measurement and prepare engineering & fabrication drawings.
• Generate bills of materials (BOM) based on design drawings.
• Work closely with the fabrication team to identify potential operational issues and propose design improvements.
• Perform quality checks during fabrication and installation stages.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Mechanical System Design and Drafting.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and develop preliminary designs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Solidwork & AutoCad is compulsory.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Experience in water/ wastewater treatment industry is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
