At Aihome, our sales teams are on the floor bringing in the revenue, but operations keep the entire company alive. We do not need a passive coordinator who just forwards emails and waits for someone else to solve a logistics problem. We need a ruthless, highly organized Operation Executive who takes control of our inventory, supply chain, and retail SOPs to ensure everything runs with absolute military precision.

THE MANDATE: You are the bridge between the warehouse, headquarters, and the retail floor. Your job is to eliminate operational bottlenecks, ensure stock is always available, and enforce the rules so the sales team can focus entirely on selling. You build the track while the train is moving.

WHAT YOU MUST DELIVER:

• Supply Chain & Logistics: You manage the movement of stock. From the main warehouse to the retail stores, you ensure inventory arrives accurately, on time, and without damage.
• Inventory Control: You are obsessed with stock accuracy. You coordinate cycle counts, investigate missing stock (shrinkage) immediately, and ensure our digital system matches our physical reality perfectly.
• Retail Support & Enforcement: You make sure the retail stores have exactly what they need to function. You enforce operational checklists, ensure smart home demo displays are fully functional, and handle facility maintenance issues before they impact the customer.
• Vendor & Courier Hustle: You deal with logistics partners and external suppliers. If a critical delivery is delayed, you don't just log a support ticket; you hunt down the courier and force a resolution.

NON-NEGOTIABLES (Who You Are):

• Chaos Coordinator: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. When a store runs out of a best-selling smart lock on a busy weekend, you figure out how to get stock transferred instantly without panicking.
• Highly Analytical: You know your way around inventory management systems (ERP) and advanced Excel. You make data-driven decisions on stock allocation and never rely on guesswork.
• Aggressive Follow-Through: You never assume a job is done just because you sent an email. You verify, check, and double-check until the task is completely executed.
• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a massive advantage for communicating with tech hardware suppliers and manufacturers).

HOW YOU WIN (Your KPIs):

• Stock Accuracy Rate: Achieving near-perfect accuracy in stock reconciliation between the warehouse and retail stores.
• Fulfillment Speed: How fast you can resolve stock-out issues and fulfill internal retail restock requests to prevent lost sales.
• Operational Compliance: Ensuring all stores pass their monthly operational, cleanliness, and display audits.
