About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Marketing & Sales team. If you have a passion for luxury real estate, enjoy engaging with high-net-worth clients, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and sales enquiries professionally.
• Conduct project presentations and property viewings for prospective purchasers.
• Follow up on leads and prospects to drive bookings and sales conversion.
• Manage and coordinate with appointed sales agents, providing regular updates on project information, viewings, leads, and sales activities.
• Prepare sales reports, enquiry tracking, booking status reports, and related documentation.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Support sales events, launches and promotional activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in luxury property sales, international marketing, or high-end residential developments.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on weekdays).
