Position: Solution Engineer

Salary Package: RM8,000 - RM10,000

Working Location: Nusajaya, Johor Bahru

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Descriptions:

• Serve as the technical lead for customers during the pre-sales, project delivery, and after-sales stages, and work closely with the sales team to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide technical solution support, including business consultation, solution planning and preparation, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare technical tender documents and follow up on project implementation and on-site execution.
• Respond to customer requirements, including preparation of liquid cooling system solutions, equipment selection, BOM preparation, product promotion, and training.
• Develop sales enablement tools and training materials, including industry solutions, presentation materials, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct product, solution, and promotional training for sales personnel and distributors, and support the planning and execution of product promotion activities.
• Manage market requirements and conduct competitor analysis.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Director or management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC or power distribution.
• Familiar with laws, regulations, and technical standards related to data centres in Southeast Asian countries.
• Strong ability to understand and guide customer requirements, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with strong technical documentation skills and the ability to independently prepare project proposals and technical tender proposals.
• Strong customer service awareness and a customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
