Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Yi-Lai Marketing Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of YB Ventures Berhad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, administration and operation. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in the execution of marketing strategies to contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts and ensure smooth and aligned operation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Data Sorting and Analysis

• Prepare monthly product report and analysis with accuracy
• Update product list

Handle Customers' Enquiries

• Social Media

Digital Marketing:

• Assist as necessary to ensure smooth content production
• Comfortable to serve as the on-camera talent for promotional videos and social media content.

Event Coordination:

• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate logistics, handle registrations, and ensure seamless event execution

Product and Marketing Operation

• Coordinate with local or overseas suppliers regarding marketing collaterals, design and procurement
• Liaise with relevant department on product purchase and planning
• Submit vendor payment request, follow up on payment status and paperwork
• Monitor PR expenses and invoice

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, ceramics, product development, data administration, or a related field.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills such as the ability to use PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word are necessary.
• Proven experience in marketing, product development or coordination role in tiles or building materials is an advantage.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Accountability in individual assignments
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English language.
• Strong ability to work independently, collaboratively and multitasking
• Software skills are an advantage.
• Possess own vehicle and able to travel locally and outstation as needed.
• Exhibits good work ethics and maintains standard on appearance that aligns with the work

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
