Nantuo Culture Media Hiring! Full Time HR Executive (Mandarin Speaker) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities：

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including employment contracts, onboarding documents, and resignation procedures.
• Manage employee attendance, including attendance records, leave, overtime, and related HR documentation.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Ensure HR practices and procedures comply with Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, company activities, and other HR-related projects as required.

Requirements：

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR operational processes.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
