Job Summary

The Restaurant Crew is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations by providing efficient customer service, handling cashier and order-taking duties and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.

Job Descriptions

• Handle cashier operations, take customer orders accurately, and process payments.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and common areas.
• Arrange tables and chairs neatly to ensure customer comfort and safety.
• Clear tables promptly and replenish dining essentials when required.
• Support team members and carry out other duties as instructed by the manager whenever required.
• Comply with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety requirements at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM preferred.
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, positive attitude, and able to work well in a team.
