Role Description

This is a full-time (hybrid) role for a Social Media Intern based in Ara Damansara, Selangor. As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in creating and managing engaging content for various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok. Responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with online communities to build brand presence. This role offers hands-on experience in crafting digital marketing strategies and creating impactful social media content. This means you would need skills in some editing apps like Capcut or Canva (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop would be a plus!).

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in an undergraduate program (Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field) OR recent graduate in a related field.
• A passion for design, digital advertising/marketing, creating content
• High familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (preferably) or Canva for graphic design and CapCut or similar app for video editing.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing trends
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Craft compelling copy for captions, posts, and marketing materials.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, slang, and internet culture/memes.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
