About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle payroll processing, attendance records, employee claims, and basic HR administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee attendance, overtime, and leave records
• Prepare statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Handle staff claims and payroll-related documentation
• Assist with HR administrative duties and employee records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in payroll or HR administration is an advantage
• Familiar with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Positive attitude and able to work independently
