We are seeking motivated Junior Full Stack Software Engineers to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will help build, optimize, and maintain high-performance web applications and internal tools. You will work across the entire stack—leveraging Python for backend development, managing relational databases, crafting modern frontend interfaces, and utilizing cutting-edge AI developer tools like Claude Code to accelerate your workflow and ship high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities

· Web Application Development: Assist in designing, building, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly full-stack web applications.

· Backend & API Systems: Develop clean, scalable backend logic and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

· AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code to speed up prototyping, code refactoring, test generation, and documentation.

· Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries, design database schemas, and optimize performance for relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

· Frontend Integration: Create interactive, accessible frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.

· Maintenance & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

· Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and team standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Education/Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience in web development.

· Core Technical Skills:

· Hands-on experience developing web applications using Python.

· Proficiency in SQL and standard relational database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

· Solid understanding of core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

· Modern Developer Tooling: Practical experience using Claude Code (or similar AI-driven CLI tools) to write, debug, or understand codebases efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
