We are looking for an IT Technician Intern to join our team and learn how to support one of our key clients on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Student-own transportation (to Putrajaya or Kajang)
• Internship Allowance (Monthly)
• Monday - Friday (8:30AM-5.30PM)
• Travel allowance if applicable
• Assisting users with basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Hardware components, such as desktops, laptops, printers, must be installed, configured, and maintained.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
• Helping with basic network maintenance tasks such device connections and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard IT systems and data.
• Compiling a weekly schedule of employee tasks.

Qualifications

1. Doing Degree or Diploma or Certificate in ICT

2. Experience in IT, PC, Software.

3. Knowledge in windows operating system (e.g., Windows, MacOS, Linux)
