PTP Vendor Master Data Associate | Mandarin Speaker

About the Role

We are looking for a PTP Vendor Master Data Associate to join a Finance & Accounting Shared Services team. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) or Vendor Master Data operations who are looking to grow their career in a regional/global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Vendor Master Data activities, including vendor creation, updates, and maintenance.
• Assist with Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes and related Accounts Payable activities.
• Ensure vendor information is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company procedures.
• Perform data validation and resolve discrepancies in vendor records.
• Work with internal stakeholders to address vendor and PTP-related queries.
• Perform transactions and data maintenance using SAP S/4HANA.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in PTP (Procure-to-Pay) or Vendor Master Data operations
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred
• Experience in a Shared Services / Finance & Accounting environment is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
