About the Role

You will support the sales and vehicle handover process by managing dealer collection, payment verification, documentation, and system updates to ensure vehicles are released smoothly and accurately.

Your Day-to-Day

Dealer Collection & Verification

• Attend to dealers according to the numbering system.
• Verify vehicle status in Transaction Center (TC), including car plate number and dealer details.
• Check payment status before proceeding with vehicle collection.

Payment & Documentation

• Key in payment, DRP, or waiver for pending transactions.
• Liaise with Finance for payment verification.
• Generate ODO once payment is fully cleared.
• Ensure all required documents are signed before vehicle release.
• Input trailer and parking fees accurately.
• Compile and upload required documents, including Authorization Letter, IC, ODO, Official Receipt (if applicable), and QC Form.

System & Inventory Updates

• Scan sales through CarTracker and update inventory status after vehicle collection.
• Ensure documents for cancelled vehicles are properly voided.

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, automotive, or related fields.
• Must be able to work for 6 days
• Strong attention to detail, especially in payment and document verification.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and system updates.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
