Vytera Drone Tech is a drone solutions startup. We do 2D scanning, 3D reality capture, and asset inspection for clients across agriculture, construction, facilities, energy, infrastructure, and industrial sites — turning aerial and ground data into models, maps, and inspection reports our clients actually make decisions from.

We're small and growing. That means you'll work directly with the founders, your work goes live quickly, and nothing sits in an approval queue for three weeks.

The role:

We fly drones over some genuinely spectacular sites and generate footage most content creators would kill for — aerial sweeps of live construction, thermal imaging, point clouds, before-and-after site scans. Right now most of it sits on a hard drive.

Your job is to turn that raw material into content that makes engineers, project managers, and facility owners think "I need to talk to these people." You'll also help us improve a website that doesn't yet do our work justice.

What you'll do:

1. Social media (primary focus)

-Own the day-to-day publishing calendar across LinkedIn (our main channel — our buyers are B2B), plus Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for reach

-Write post copy that explains technical work in plain language

-Turn completed projects into case-study posts and carousels

-Track what performs, report on it monthly, and adjust — we'd rather you kill a format that isn't working than keep posting it

2. Video editing

-Cut raw drone footage into short-form vertical clips and longer showcase reels

-Edit screen recordings and flythroughs of 3D models, point clouds, and orthomosaics

-Add captions, titles, and light motion graphics; keep everything on-brand

-Organise and tag our media library so we can actually find footage later

3. Post prep & production support

-Prep shot lists before site visits so we capture usable marketing footage, not just survey data

-Maintain a content backlog so we're never scrambling for something to post

-Basic asset management: naming conventions, folder structure, backups

4. Website-Refresh our site

-clearer messaging, better project galleries, working case-study pages, and a contact flow that converts.

-Keep it updated as new projects complete

-Basic on-page SEO and page-speed hygiene

Must have:

A portfolio or showreel. This matters more to us than your degree or your grades.

Real proficiency in at least one editing suite — Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut

Clear written English; you'll be writing copy that clients read

Comfortable enough with genAI to make changes without breaking things

Genuine interest in learning what we actually do. You don't need to know what photogrammetry is on day one, but you should want to find out.

Good judgement about confidentiality — a lot of our footage is from client sites under NDA. You'll be trusted to check before anything goes out.
