About The Team

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Regional Operations professional to join our Regional Operations team, with a primary focus on KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) operations. This role will be responsible for evaluating operational performance across regions, identifying process gaps, driving improvement initiatives with local teams, and partnering closely with Product Managers on system migration and automation projects. The ideal candidate will be forward-looking, structured in planning, strong in stakeholder management, and capable of prioritizing effectively based on business needs.

Job Description

• Analyze KYC Operations SLA performance across multiple regions and identify key trends, risks, and operational gaps.
• Work closely with local operations teams across regions to develop and implement initiatives that improve SLA performance, efficiency, and service quality.
• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders on system migration, process enhancement, and automation projects.
• Support the design of practical project timelines and implementation plans, ensuring dependencies, business priorities, and stakeholder needs are properly factored in.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage multiple workstreams based on business impact, urgency, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with the Risk team to review and optimize KYC and AML operational processes.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, operating models, and best practices for regional implementation.
• Drive consistency and standardization of KYC & AML operations across regions while ensuring local feasibility and compliance.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure initiatives are executed effectively and sustainably.
• Prepare clear reports, performance updates, and recommendations for leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Operations, Risk Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or Python to identify root causes and drive actionable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage regional or cross-functional stakeholders and deliver projects in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience in system migration, workflow automation, process optimization, or operational transformation projects is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
