Job Description
- Drive digitization across the lending value chain, including digital onboarding and operational automation.
- Lead project management activities for strategic initiatives from ideation and projection through implementation, tracking, and post-launch evaluation.
- Define customer value propositions through market research, competitor analysis, and segment-specific positioning.
- Support product strategy and lifecycle management for consumer lending products across both unsecured loans and secured products.
- Work with cross-functional team leads to improve product features, profitability, and market competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or related roles within consumer lending or fintech.
- Exposure to secured lending (mortgage, auto loans, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Experience supporting or participating in 0-to-1 product launches or new initiative rollouts.
- Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, independently manage priorities, and engage stakeholders.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, credit risk fundamentals, and digital product development.
- Ability to leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance.
