Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Support analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare process flows, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to understand project requirements.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing.
- Track project tasks, issues, and follow-ups.
- Support data analysis and prepare presentations when required.
- Perform other IT/business analysis tasks assigned by the supervisor.
