Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated QC/QA Inspector to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring all construction and installation works comply with project specifications, quality standards, client requirements, and applicable codes. The role involves conducting inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure high-quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical and electrical installation works.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure.
• Verify materials and equipment delivered to site meet project specifications.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality procedures and industry standards.
• Assist in preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality-related documentation.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Engineers, and Site Supervisors to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained and submitted on time.
• Promote continuous improvement in quality systems and workmanship.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction, M&E, or semiconductor projects.
• Familiar with quality inspection procedures, ISO 9001 standards, and quality documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
