Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Inspector role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Quality Assurance Inspector monitors raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet internal specifications, HALAL requirements, and relevant regulatory standards. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections and tests, documenting quality findings, reporting non-conformities, and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves participating in internal audits, maintaining inspection equipment and records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes and food safety.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Inspection to evaluate materials, processes, and finished products against defined standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality systems and procedures.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to participate in internal audits and verify compliance with regulatory, HALAL, and company requirements.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, HALAL requirements, and relevant local and international regulations is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accurate documentation skills are required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clear, objective feedback.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG quality roles and relevant technical or diploma-level qualifications in food science, quality management, or related fields are an advantage.
