Job Overview:

Responsible for maintaining a company’s technology infrastructure and providing technical support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees (hardware, software, network issues).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure network availability.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults.
• Maintain IT security systems (antivirus, firewalls, backups).
• Assist in implementing new systems, upgrades, and IT projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and support
• Execution of assigned work tasks.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Possess networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical bottlenecks under pressure.
• Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
