Job Description

Responsibilities

The Data Operations Administrator owns the execution of master data operations across Business Units.This role ensures adherence to governance standards, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and internal controls while proactively managing data quality, operational risks, and stakeholder expectations to support operational excellence and compliance.In addition, the role delivers a key fraud prevention control by performing independent call‑back validations for vendor and customer data changes, supported by structured case review, external verification, system validation, and timely escalation of risks and exceptions.
