Maison 21G Paris is a creative luxury fragrance Maison built around the art of personalised perfumery. Inspired by the traditions of Haute Perfumery, we believe fragrance is deeply personal, an expression of personality, memories and emotions. Through our unique scent creation experience, we invite each client to discover our fragrance ingredients and create a signature scent that is uniquely their own.

With the opening of our new boutique in Duxton Hill, we are looking for an experienced and charismatic Sales Executive | Scent Designer to join our team.

The Role

As a Scent Designer, you will be the face of the Maison — part fragrance adviser, part storyteller and part host.

Through conversation and scent discovery, you will understand each client's personality and preferences, guide them through their fragrance journey and create an experience that is personal, memorable and distinctly Maison 21G.

This is a client-facing and commercially driven role for someone who genuinely loves perfume, enjoys meeting people and knows how to sell naturally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth, confidence and genuine curiosity
• Conduct personalised fragrance consultations and guide clients through our scent creation experience
• Understand client personalities, preferences and lifestyles to make thoughtful fragrance recommendations
• Share the Maison 21G story, ingredients and approach to personalised perfumery through engaging storytelling
• Confidently recommend and sell fragrances, home scents, gifting and bespoke creations
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining an elegant, consultative approach
• Build relationships with returning, international and VIP clients through thoughtful clienteling
• Host and support fragrance workshops, private appointments and boutique events
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and luxury service standards
• Continuously develop your fragrance knowledge and understanding of the Maison

Who We Are Looking For

Ideally, you will have 3–6 years of customer-facing sales experience, preferably within luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or premium hospitality.

More importantly, you are:

• A natural conversationalist who genuinely enjoys meeting and connecting with people
• Passionate about perfume and fragrance, with a curiosity to learn more
• An experienced salesperson who can recommend, upsell and close confidently without being pushy
• Comfortable building long-term client relationships rather than focusing only on individual transactions
• Warm, polished and confident with local, international and VIP clientele
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership of your sales performance
• Available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous professional fragrance experience is an advantage, but genuine passion for perfume is essential.

Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,000 per month, depending on experience, plus attractive commissions and incentives.
